The following list of premature ejaculation tips is by no means an exhaustive or complete. It is here to serve the reader with valuable tips that can be put into effect TODAY.</p>
<p>[I am a believer of information that can be acted upon immediately or in the near future. All of my recommendations will direct you down the safest and most natural path towards <em>permanent premature ejaculation solutions.</em>]</p>

<p>It remains one of the most common complaints from men of all ages. It readily occurs at the beginning stages of a relationship when the partners are somewhat unfamiliar with each other. Common scenarios are anxiety and over stimulation from sexual excitement. It generally affects younger men, or men that have been without sex for some time.</p>
<p><em>Fortunately</em> there are a few simple techniques you can employ for preventing premature ejaculation.</p>

There are however, a few main reasons that appear to be at the forefront of this issue. Perhaps two of the most important causes are procreation and anxiety. We will elaborate a little bit more on these aspects during this article. Knowing the cause of your premature ejaculation issue will help you decide what treatment methods are best suited to you, as an individual.</p>
<p><strong>Procreation</strong></p>
<p>We are functional beings. Our reproductive system is called the reproductive system for a very good reason. We are animals that reproduce. So from an evolutionary stand point, premature ejaculation is a good thing as it ensures the survival of the species. <p>Research is showing that perhaps as much as 40% of men will experience some form of premature ejaculation at some point in their lives. Because of this, it makes it quite a universal problem facing men these days. Premature ejaculation can be a very upsetting issue for men because it can lead to all sorts of problems with relationships, intimacy, and self-esteem issues.</p>
<p>With the advent of medical treatments available to treat premature ejaculation, there are sprays available. There are two types of sprays with different delivery systems. You either use the spray directly onto the penile tissue, or spray up into your nose. Most sprays that you use directly onto your genitals are used to help maintain an erection, not to actually delay the onset of orgasm. A new premature ejaculation spray has been developed and tested on a group of people with some success. The test went like this:</p>
<p>The spray was applied to the man’s penis at least five minutes before having sexual intercourse. The result of the study was that they could delay their orgasm 6 times longer than what they would have done previously.</p>
<p><strong>A New Miracle Spray?<br />
</strong></p>
<p>This particular study consisted of 300 volunteers, men with an average age of 35, who had been ‘clinically’ diagnosed as having lifelong premature ejaculation problems. The men were split into two groups, 200 to receive the spray treatment, and the other 100 to receive a ‘fake’ or placebo spray.  The men that received the spray, as well as reporting improved lasting ability, also noted other beneficial improvements as well. These included better ability to control personal distress, better satisfaction with sexual intercourse and interpersonal difficulties.</p>
<p>This particular spray was called PSD502, under code name.  Because no serious side effects were noted by any of the participants, this could perhaps be a good treatment for men suffering from premature ejaculation.</p>
<p><strong>Nasal Delivery Medication<br />
</strong></p>
<p>There are nasal delivery treatments available to you. Delivering through the nasal passageway means the spray has a fast absorption rate into your bloodstream. The active ingredients go to work on your penile sensitivity, thus helping to numb the sensations.  It is still beyond my understanding why you would want to desensitize yourself to pleasure when the whole point of having sex is to feel amazing! There are also unwanted side effects such as dry mouth, drowsiness, and dizziness.
